Yes, the invoice is always required to upload a proof of payment. You can't upload a proof of payment without an invoice.

What is the difference between CM and FNM reconciliation?

CM means complete match, meaning the proof of payment is exactly the same as the invoice. FNM is a means ** match,** meaning the proof of payment is similar to the bank statement item needs more checking.
